Jewellery retail fit-out at Avenues Mall
Complete interior fit-out including MEP, joinery, metal & glass works. A twenty-eight square metre jewellery store at Avenues Mall, opened with the centre on 12 March 2025.
The constraint — seven days to install against the Avenues opening
The display furniture was supplied by the client from China and arrived late. What remained was seven days to unpack it, install it, finish the store and hand it over — against a mall opening that was never going to move.
How we solved it — working around the clock without losing the finish
We put additional manpower on and worked around the clock through that week. In jewellery retail the cabinetry is effectively the product: the glass, the lighting and the alignment of the display cases are what the customer reads as quality, so speed could not come at the cost of how it was set out.
What this means for a retail fit-out
The store opened on the day. Their own account of the project is on our website — they described the site management and coordination as exceptional, and noted the shifts we ran to pull the programme back.
