Interior Fit-Out Contractors in Qatar
We deliver in Qatar for clients who already work with us in Bahrain and want the same team in Doha. Brand owners looking for fit out contractors qatar based or regional are usually solving a continuity problem rather than a construction one: the same shop drawings, the same finish standard and the same project manager across more than one country.
The scope, itemised.
- Retail units and mall kiosks
- Food and beverage units
- Bespoke joinery and display packages
- Architectural metal and glass works
- Brand standard rollout across markets
- Shop drawings reused between countries
- Cross-border logistics and customs clearance
- Mall and landlord approvals in market
- Installation and site supervision
- Snagging and handover
One contractor across two markets
A brand rolling out across the Gulf normally appoints a different contractor in each country, then spends the programme re-explaining the same standard to each of them. Working with one team removes that: the shop drawings developed for the first store are reused, the finish standard is already agreed, and the project manager who delivered the last unit delivers the next one. We have built for Ajmal Perfumes five times in Bahrain and once in Qatar, at Tawar Mall in Doha, on precisely that basis.
- Shop drawings developed once and reused across markets
- Finish standard agreed once, not renegotiated per country
- Continuity of project management between stores
- Lessons from each unit carried into the next
Logistics are the governing constraint
Working across a border makes shipping and clearance part of the programme rather than an administrative step at the end. Joinery and metalwork manufactured for a Qatar unit has to be built, crated, shipped, cleared and delivered inside the mall's install window, and that window does not move. The dates are fixed backwards from the opening, and the clearance period is carried as programme, not as contingency.
- Manufacture and shipping dates set backwards from opening
- Customs clearance carried as programme, not contingency
- Crating designed for mall access and lift constraints
- Contingency for damage carried in the delivery
Delivered, not illustrated.
Delivered for the same client in Bahrain: Ajmal Perfumes at Marassi Mall, Dilmunia Mall and Seef Mall, a bespoke kiosk at Seef Mall, and an exhibition stand at the Bahrain Exhibition Centre.
What clients ask us first.
Are you based in Qatar?
No. We are a Bahrain contractor, CR 114450-1, and we mobilise into Qatar for clients we already work with in Bahrain. That is deliberate - the value is continuity of team and standard across a regional rollout, not a second local office.
What kind of projects do you take in Qatar?
Retail units, mall kiosks, food and beverage units, and bespoke joinery and metal packages, typically as part of a brand's rollout across more than one Gulf market.
How do you manage shipping and customs?
Manufacturing and shipping dates are set backwards from the opening date and the clearance period is carried inside the programme. Crating is designed around the receiving mall's access and lift constraints so that nothing has to be re-packed on arrival.
We work as interior fit-out contractors in Bahrain across offices, restaurants, retail and bespoke specialist works.
Building here?
Send us the scope and the site. We will come back with a programme, a price and the approvals it needs.
